We deliver to 51 countries via BLUE DART, FEDEX and DELHIVERY

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through Blue Dart, Delhivery or by hand.

For international buyers, orders are shipped through FedEx. Please note that residential shipments to the USA and some other countries will be left at the door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell. Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

In most cases, your order will be processed within 48 hours of you placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 7-10 business days of placing the order. Rangoli is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within a maximum of 45 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Any applicable duty on the country you are residing in comes under the liability of the customer.

Orders cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product.

Returns are only applicable within 5 days after delivering the order only if the product is defective or damaged. However, we make sure that all the products dispatched meets with a 100% quality check.

Refunds will take 5 days to issue once we receive the product. The refund will be initiated only if the product is defective or damaged.

Returns will not be generated if the product is altered, worn or stitched.

In the unlikely event, if the product arrives defective or damaged you should email us a photo of the same product.

There is no exchange / return for international shipments, due to logistics and customs.
