Cancellation & Returns

Returns are accepted only when a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. You must report the issue within 5 days of delivery.

To request a return, email clear photographs of the damaged or defective product to orders@rangoliindia.com or call/WhatsApp +919830595959. The product must be unworn, unaltered and returned with its original packaging.

Products that have been worn, stitched, altered, or had fall and pico applied are not eligible for return.

After we receive and verify an approved return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days. The time taken for the amount to appear may also depend on the bank or payment provider.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for correctly dispatched products, including requests based on size or colour preference.

International returns are accepted only for verified damage or manufacturing defects, subject to the process above.

EU customers: Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected. Eligible EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for non-customised goods, subject to legal conditions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and the goods must be returned unworn and in their original condition.
