Returns are only applicable within 5 days after delivering the order only if there is any defect or damage in the product. However, we make sure that all the products dispatched meet a 100% quality check.

Refunds will take 15 days to issue once we receive the product. The refund will be initiated only if the product is defective or damaged.

Returns will not be generated if the product is stitched.

Refunds and transfers are subject to banks and local laws.

We only accept exchanges, returns, and refunds in the event of a manufacturing defect.

In the unlikely event that the product arrives defective or damaged, please email us a photo of the product.

There is no exchange or return for international shipments due to logistics and customs.

Note for EU Customers: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers based in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. To initiate a return under this right, please contact us at orders@rangoliindia.com within the 14-day cooling-off period. Return shipping costs in such cases are borne by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original, unworn condition.
