These terms apply to all customers including those based in India, the United States, the United Kingdom and all other countries we ship to.
This website is operated by Rangoli Sarees Limited, a company registered in India with its registered office at 97 Park Street, Kolkata – 700016, West Bengal, India. References to “Rangoli”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Rangoli Sarees Limited.
Use of this website is available only to individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. Under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, persons who are minors (under 18 years of age), undischarged insolvents, or otherwise incompetent to contract may not use this website independently. Minors between 13 and 18 years may browse and purchase only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms.
For customers in the United States, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under parental supervision. If you are using this site on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
All products displayed on rangoliindia.com constitute an invitation to offer. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase, subject to these terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.
A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud. If payment has already been processed and we cancel your order, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. For international customers, your payment will be converted to INR at the rate applied by your bank or payment provider at the time of transaction. We are not responsible for currency conversion charges or fluctuations.
We make every effort to ensure that prices displayed are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and international payment methods including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All card transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
For US customers: your card will be charged in INR and converted by your card issuer. Some card issuers apply foreign transaction fees — please check with your bank before ordering.
We ship to 198 countries. Domestic orders within India are dispatched via Blue Dart or Delhivery. International orders are dispatched via FedEx. Orders are typically processed within 72 hours of placement.
Estimated delivery times are 5 to 10 business days for domestic India orders, and 7 to 15 business days for international orders. These are estimates and not guarantees. Rangoli is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities or force majeure events.
For deliveries to the United States and certain other countries, packages may be left at the door if no one is available to receive them. We are unable to guarantee signed delivery confirmation in such cases.
Customs and Import Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and local levies applicable in their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are beyond our control. For US customers, this includes any applicable import duties under US Customs regulations. We declare the full value of all shipments on customs documentation as required by law — we are unable to under-declare values.
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery only where the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage. All returned products must be unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging. Products that have been stitched, altered or had fall and pico applied cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please email a clear photograph of the defect to orders@rangoliindia.com or call 8101 400 400. Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item and verification of the defect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for correctly dispatched products, including size or colour preferences. We strongly encourage customers to review size guides and contact us before ordering if uncertain.
International Returns: Due to logistics and customs complexities, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international shipments unless the product is genuinely defective. In such cases, contact us with photographs and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
US Customers: While US consumer protection laws vary by state, our standard return policy applies to all international orders including those shipped to the United States. For defective items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
EU Customers: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt for non-customised goods. To exercise this right, contact us at orders@rangoliindia.com within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the item in its original, unworn condition.
All content on this website — including text, images, product photographs, graphics, logos and design — is the intellectual property of Rangoli Sarees Limited or its licensors and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and applicable international copyright law including the US Copyright Act.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent. Any use of our brand name, trademarks or product images for commercial purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
By using this website you agree not to engage in any of the following: transmitting unlawful, abusive, threatening or defamatory content; gaining unauthorised access to our systems; interfering with the functioning of the website; using automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the site; or making fraudulent transactions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website for any user found to be in breach of these terms, without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rangoli Sarees Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or any products purchased through it. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the value of the product(s) in respect of which the claim is made.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted in Kolkata and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
For customers in the United States: you acknowledge that by purchasing from rangoliindia.com, you are entering into a transaction with an Indian company governed by Indian law. Any dispute resolution will take place in India under Indian law. US consumer protection laws, including but not limited to state-level consumer protection statutes, do not apply to transactions with Rangoli Sarees Limited.
